No high school athlete, including seniors, will be allowed to check out at the end of the school year until locker rooms are completely cleaned out. It is not the responsibility of our janitorial staff to clean up your messes left behind.

Congratulations to the Track & Field team who will have four athletes competing at the state meet this weekend! The meet will be held at JefCo Stadium. There will be a sendoff at 9:30 AM on Thursday, 5/14, on Main Street. Parking and entry passes may be purchased ahead of time @GoFan. Below is a schedule of events:

LAST DAY DETAILS - Please read this entire message to ensure a smooth and fun last day! The last day of school for Preschool through 11th Grade will be Thursday, May 21st. All students (unless noted below) will be dismissed at 12:30 PM, and buses will run at that time.
- PK-6th Grades will participate in Field Day from 8:30 - 11:30 AM, followed by a sack lunch. Forms have been sent home with students to sign up for events. Family is welcome to come and watch!
- 7th-8th Grades will be helping with Field Day. Once that is over at 11:30, they will head to the office check-out. Sack lunches will be available in the cafeteria for them to take.
- 9th-11th Grades will be given a scheduled time to check out of classes (listed below). Once a student is checked out, THEY MUST LEAVE THE BUILDING unless they are riding the bus or need to wait for a ride. Those students will gather in the cafeteria until their ride comes or they ride the bus at 12:30.

BIKE RODEO DETAILS - We’re excited to host our annual Bike Rodeo for all elementary students on Wednesday, May 13th! This is always a fun opportunity for students to practice bike safety skills. To keep the event running smoothly and maintain a safe, organized environment, we kindly ask that parents not attend the Bike Rodeo this year. Thank you for helping us create the best experience for the students! Children are encouraged to bring their own bikes and helmets, but there will be plenty to share for those who don't have one.
A new addition this year is our first-ever "Bike Bus." On the morning of the Bike Rodeo (5/13), kids are encouraged to ride their bikes to school. Mrs. L has organized a route to pick students up around town. See the attached flyer for more information.

All middle and high school music students who sold Krispy Kreme donuts: The donuts will be available for pickup TODAY, 5/4, after school in the cafeteria.
Dance Team tryouts for the 2026-2027 school year are this Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday from 5:00-7:00 PM. Monday and Tuesday will focus on learning the tryout dance and basics. Wednesday is tryout day! Tryouts are open to 2026-2027 high schoolers. Contact Mrs. Beth if you have any questions.
The Spring Music Concert is this Thursday, 5/7, starting at 6:30 PM in the Gym. All Middle School and High School music students need to meet in the music room at 5:30 PM, wearing their concert black. All PK (Tues & Thurs students) and Elementary students need to meet in their classrooms at 6:00 PM, wearing either Disney attire or their concert best.
Volleyball parents and players, please be sure to check your Volleyball Heja app, as there are details regarding summer camp registration. Our CSU Pueblo camp has a deadline of May 9th for each player to complete their registration. Contact Coach L if you have any questions about accessing the app.
Students from the Intro to Business class will be selling items in the cafeteria during lunch all next week. Students and staff are invited to stop by and support their efforts. Be sure to bring cash if you would like to participate!
Parents/guardians of PK-5th Grade students are invited to join us for our annual Pastries with Parents on Wednesday, May 6th! The cost is $3/person. Breakfast for K-5th Grade is 7:35-8:00 AM, and breakfast for PK is 8:00-8:30 AM. Keep an eye out for the RSVP form sent home with your student this week.

If you're child is not a staff preschoolers, today’s tuition cost will be waived.
