Winter Spirit Week will be the week of December 9th-13th. See the themes below for each day:
Merry Monday: Dress like an elf, Santa, reindeer, etc.
Tuesday: Mele Kalikimaka (Hawaiian shirt)
Wednesday: Ugly Sweater Day
Thursday: Ho Ho Homies Christmas Card Day (Dress like a family Christmas card with your friends)
Friday: Twas the Night before Winter Break come In your favorite Christmas Pajamas
BOOK FAIR
The Scholastics Book Fair is NEXT WEEK! It will be open to students and the public from 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM Monday through Wednesday, Thursday from 7:30 AM to 6:30 PM, and Friday from 7:30 - after the basketball games. Below is a schedule of when each class will have the opportunity to shop the fair if you would like to send your student with money or join them during that time. Also, Santa will be here to read to children on Friday, Dec 6th at 6:00 PM, so mark your calendars for that!

CORRECTION:

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED FOR KNOWLEDGE BOWL MEET
We are in need of several volunteers for the Junior High Knowledge Bowl tournament we are hosting on December 6th from 8:30 AM - 12:30 PM to either read questions or serve as a timer in competition rooms. This will be a great opportunity to show off our school and support Middle School students in Eastern and Southeastern Colorado. CORRECTION:
Due to the condition of the county roads, Flagler School will run the following bus mud routes starting Tuesday, 11/12 until further notice. These routes will only make the following stops:
Morning Pick-Up:
1) Arriba Park - bus will leave the park at 7:15 AM
2) North of Flagler on CR HH (7:30), FF (7:35), AA (7:40)
3) Town Bus 2 stops - 8th & Pawnee / 6th & Pawnee - Normal Time
Evening Drop-Off:
1) Arriba Park - 4:25 PM
2) North of Flagler - HH (4:25), FF (4:20), AA (4:15)
3) Town Bus - 4:15 PM
If you cannot reach the following bus route stops, we ask that you please drive your child to school until regular bus routes can continue. We apologize for any inconvenience this may create. If you have any questions regarding the mud routes, please call the school. Everyone drive safe and we will see you all tomorrow morning!

Flagler School will be CLOSED tomorrow, 11/11 due to poor county road conditions and snow removal. Mud routes will be communicated out for Tuesday morning for buses to run on paved roads. We plan to start school on Tuesday, 11/12.
VETERANS DAY PROGRAM

Veterans and Community Members are welcome to join as we honor the brave men and women of our community and beyond. All are invited to join for lunch after the program. Little Dribblers basketball camp is canceled for Saturday, 11/9 due to weather. We will make this camp up on Friday, 11/15.
